We have used MGM Properties for three different phases of our landscape make over and we continue to have them perform routine maintenance. They have completely transformed our yard from outdated to a spectacular entertaining area from the pool area to the deck.

Neighbors were having their lawn re-established. I joined in. Received a good quote. Initial prep work was timely and adequate. Installation of an irrigation system delayed the project. Additional landscaping and rescheduling delayed hydroseeding. Grass grew in a few spotty patches. The remainder of the lawn is crabgrass and other weeds. Not satisfied with promptness, work quality, or professionalism.
