Mcdonalds terrible service

I went to McDonalds for lunch in Dulles, VA located at Overland Drive and Old Ox Road. My order was wrong the first time so we went back through the drivethru. I told them extra MAC sauce and they gave me burger that was 90% Mac sauce. I would have needed a spoon. I went into the store where the staff was very rude to me and didnt really have any thing to say, just shrugged their shoulders. Not sure if this was lack of jnowing the English language or complete ignorance. They gave me a third burger with essentially no sauce on it. I left the burger at McDonalds and left with no refund. Really McDonalds? In todays struggling economy can you afford to make crappy food AND provide crappy service. Thank God for Facebook as your screw up now is publicly shared across the Internet!
