I haven't been tanning in years. My doctor diagnosed me with seasonal depression and suggested short periods of time tanning on occasion. In the last week I have gone to this place and within two "10 min" tanning sessions I had to get redressed 3 times because the time I asked for, 10 min, was wrong. The first time after getting redressed twice the employee finally got it right. The second time I went tanning the timer was set at less time than I asked. When I went out and tried to ask if the front desk person could add 3 min. because their was no way it was set at ten min. he refused and argued I was incorrect. Then it was more important for him to take a phone call then work out the situation. You pay almost $9 for 10 min. in a stand up. So, for $18 I received about 16-17 min. of tanning. Rip off. "0" rating and you lost a customer-GOOD JOB!

P.S.-while I was there the first time another woman had the same issue- that should have been a clue.
