Do not sign any contract with this company.

They false advertise their speeds have crazy latency on their network. Forget doing anything other than checking email on this network. Cant game, stream video, skype or any other common multimedia application used today.

It is common to see latency's as high as 2500 ms with speeds sub 56k modem.

When you address this with the company they will place blame on some other mysterious outside force. When really I believe they are just way over their heads when it comes to running a WISP.

Good luck getting out of the contract with this company....

High-speed service was advertised, but pings were worse than dial-up and DL speeds came to a crawl when other users in the area were using the internet. (I'm talking sub 100 kps speeds here!) Tech support blamed the slow speeds on my signal, which was only bad at night (5pm-1am)?

The support staff is generally friendly, but this company just does not have the bandwidth to support it customers.

If you live in a rural area with no cable/DSL, I suggest trying 3G or 4G service. If you're in Stillwater, OK, Verizon has 4G LTE coverage for most of the area. Even the slower 3G service is better than any WISP.
