I did not like my color. It didn't cover my grey, and I left with brown and black hair. I called to see how long I needed to wait to recolor. They asked me if I wanted the same stylist- uh NO. They made me an appointment a few days later. I was greated at the front desk- No I received a nod while the receptionist was on the phone. Right beside her was the stylist who colored my hair. We made eye contact, so I told her that it wasn't right and she said, "Well they told me you didn't want me to to fix it." I felt terrible. I didn't want to upset anyone. It was wrong to ask me to come in to be confronted at the door! Then two of the ladies combed thru my hair saying they didn't see the black roots and brown and grey beside it. I may be hard to please, but that was just ridiculous. I do own a mirror! I was sent away and told to wait a week and see if it fades! I've been coloring my hair for years, and I've never had it look this bad. I didn't even want to complain, I just wanted to fix it. They lured me in with the pretense that I was getting it fixed and then humiliated me!
