This place is not only a complete rip-off, they do fraudulent business. They not only do not return phone calls and have no customer service, they buy used products from e-bay and attempt to pass them over as new Took my computer into them, I only wish I had read the reviews first. Told them I wanted a brand new hard drive. First, Joseph Hewitt, told me he had a brand new one at his house that he would sell to me for $70. After pricing new hard drives, I accepted the offer. The problem: it wasn't new and he bought it from e-bay and it didn't work. Next, Powell gets word of this and acts all concerned saying he would correct this and go to Best Buy himself. Well, that apparently didn't happen. What he did was buy himself time and lie to me saying it takes a whole day to format a 1 TB hard drive. He was buying himself time, waiting for his hard drive to arrive in the mail...e-bay and used. These guys had my computer for almost 2 weeks and still haven't fixed the problem.

The best part: he told me it was new, once again, and charged for a new drive price...they won't return phone calls, they are total rip-offs and need to be shut down.

What they don't realize is that the hard drives have a year and serial number on them and these can be traced.

Then, they go and put a 32 bit windows on a 64 bit hard drive. These guys should not be in business.
