I started looking for a two-seater off road go kart for my 9-year-old grandson shortly after he announced he wanted one during our Thanksgiving dinner. My nephew told me about VTP, and I went to check them out. Long story short, just before New Year, I went to purchase the item. Although the sale price had long been gone, VTP ownership agreed to the sale price, and I bought the item.

Shortly after initiating the break-in process, I noticed an item of concern. I contacted VTP and they said, "that won't affect the break-in process we'll fix it, let him ride it and have some fun!" Needless to say, that's what I did.

He rode it for approximately 4 hours only stopping to eat a short snack. Then quickly resuming his riding adventure. Unfortunately, the go kart suffered a significant (to us) break down. I contacted VTP via phone and told them what happened. They calmed down the whole ordeal by saying, "That sounds weird, its new, bring it in and we will fix whatever went wrong."

What a weight off of my shoulders!! They stayed open just past their closing time to allow me time to return the item.

Although the go kart is still being repaired, the manner with which I have been treated and the way all off the staff has acted during these past few months during the purchase of the item and now during the after-sale care for the customer only leads me to conclude, these are good people and they back what they sell!!

I am 100% happy with my investment (knowing that things may break when you're having fun!!). Riding and having fun with my grandson is great!! I may buy a bigger go kart for myself so my wife and daughter can join this go karting adventure with him!!

Neat place with all kinds of stuff, Excellent customer service, and good prices. I always make it a point to stop in on my way through town.
