Sheldon is awesome! He caters all workouts to your body type and fitness goals. He definitely pushes you the next level each time. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and health. He has awesome suggestions on what to do and eat even when you are not in the gym with him. Keeps you focused and motivated and of course seeing the results is the best part!

I had my first session with Sheldon today and I loved it! He is very knowledgeable about fitness and what your body needs for your body type. I'm already sore, however I'm looking forward to the next session and the results I'll see in the future

Great new gym in the area. I'm glad I found it!!! Sheldon is a beast. I will be ready for bikini season.
