I had to cancel multiple times based on a newborn and they obliged without recourse in conversation every single time. After many attempts I finally got my main vehicle over there, and let them know importance as my main transportation. They got it diagnosed and fixed same day for a older model GMC suburban fuel pump. They also did not get flustered when I gave a quote for same from brakes plus. And they beat it. They also put my diagnosis charge towards fix. And after three places said fuel pump without looking. I went here and they said diagnosis first to make sure not pump regulator pressure and myriad of other things. Mechanic stated that he did not want to just go ahead with fuel pump and it isn't the problem leaving me without main transportation and unnecessary repair. But diagnostic fee added into repair. We have been jaded by many other mechanics. And this is by far the best reasonable last place where one can get quality and price and have trust in a mechanic. They also did our free oil change for hometown days. Supporting my spouse and I who are both veterans and he is still active duty. They support active families are flexible kind and not stingy and lastly competitive.

Fast, friendly, and reliable is the best way to describe CT's Automotive!! It was almost a year ago now that I got fed up with all the other shops within a 20 mile radius, and decided to give these guys a shot.. My Honda broke down almost 20 miles from their shop, the ball joint separated and left the front drivers side of my car on the ground! It was late afternoon and cold when I called CT's for the first time..The owner "Chris" got on the phone and said that if I could wait till around 7pm he would personally come with his truck and trailer to tow my car!! He showed up promptly, got it loaded up quick, and charged me 1/2 of what it was going to cost me to have it towed!! The car was fixed without breaking the bank, and back on the road the next day. These guys have worked on/serviced 3 other cars of mine since then, including my racecar and I would recommend them to anyone! From minor services like brakes and oil changes, to timing belts and motor rebuilds they've gotcha covered! The owners always there, I think that says something about a business.. Hope this helps someone else find stellar service in a small town!!
