Only place I will buy my cars. Nadder is the best. One of the few places left where you actually work with the owner.

Service department is not good. I purchased my car in November. Several people informed me days after that my tires appeared bald and not in good shape. I contacted the dealership and made an appointment and brought my car in. One of my tires were changed due to it having a bubble, I was advised that my other three tires were good. I made two complaints after this after having my tires looked at by other mechanics, who informed me that my tires were not in good condition and one was bald. Moving forward, due to my tires being in poor condition (and my tires not catching traction), I had to be pulled off the highway in the snow from a tow truck (which their roadside assistance would not help me with). I had to pay 290 out of pocket for the tow guy to pull my car and an additional 170 for a hotel for the night. The police officer who assisted me could not believe that I was sold a car with tires in that condition after telling him when I purchased the car, he put a flashlight to the tires and was in disbelief. Major Hyundai will not replace my tires (only one) due to my car being bought used, I would have to pay 107 for the other two tires. Me and my child could have lost our life on the highway due to being sold a car with poor tires! Which I have been told by major Hyundai that the tires were fine up until this incident, now I am being told by the dealership that three tires are bad!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Bad Better Business Bureau rating should have been a big alert. $2500 in dealer add ons creates and shell game so an Elantra here costa 2500 more than anywhere else and they play games. Also ran my credit and had banks look at my credit too without my permission.
