I moved into my house in 09 Everything in my house is gas except my A/C I have a 15Kw emergency generator and a pool heater.. I have a 500gal tank in the ground They came out checked everything and filled the tank and it cost $150 I got a contract with them and every 3 or 4 months they come and fill my tank it costs between 2 0r 3 hundred dollars. They always call when they are coming so I can put up the dogs The delivery guys are always nice and knowledgeable All the ladies in the office are great They are friendly and polite even when Ive been late on my payment. There is never any mean phone calls or harassment. I couldn't ask for a better company to have to depend on and I do during storms when my Emergency Gen runs they come out and fill the tank no questions asked and then we settle up after the FPL power is back on.

Worst company ever!! I have been having a problem with bill being over 200+per month since November. It is now May. It normally runs about $40-70depending on if we use or pool heater or not. I have been calling since the first bill I received. Nothing. I have left messages with Kim who is the ONLY one in that office that can help me apparently. She had blatantly lied and said that people have been to my house to check the matter and not one person had ever been here in 6 months. I have talked to others in the office and asked for a manager and nothing. I finally got Kim on the phone today and she said she would send someone out to do a system check "free of charge" this one time. Are you kidding me?!I have been calling since NOvEMBER!And you just told someone that techs have been here and did that already and found nothing wrong. She's a liar.

I now owe them 998.00! Why should I have to pay if I keep telling them something is wrong and they are doing nothing to help fix the situation

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience... Had a gas leak & no way to run my hot water heater, dryer, stove, heater --- called Ferrel 3x's ( b/c had JUST had a fill prior to leak with no problem). They finally show up without calling or giving us a time when we aren't there RUDELY call and say no one there to pay so they won't fill. They filled it before no problem but now in an emergency they don't and were horrible! I pay extremely well & always tip! Tried call customer service who has no clue... Who can't get ahold of the rude dispatcher or driver after 20 mins the dispatcher responded to an email to customer service rep .. By that time I told them I didn't want there awful service or GAS! Not a company you can rely on when you are in need ... Customer service awful. Will never use again.

I have been waiting over a week for Ferrell Gas to deliver propane. They sold me a faulty gauge and I ran out last Friday. I can't believe they are making me wait this long. What kind of company does this?
