Called them out to repair my unit after hours. They told me it was a $186.00 service fee and I said ok. They spent 10 minutes at my house and replaced the condensor fan run capacitor and the compressor run capacitor. They charged me $88.00 for the Fan Cap that costs $6.00 and $175.00 for the compressor cap that costs $20.00. This is a 1000% mark up on parts. The whole job totaled $449.00 and I already had the unit apart and diagnoses before they got there. I even told him that the capacitor was bad over the phone before they even agreed to come out. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
