DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!! Its been 7 months now since I placed my order for 5 shirts and I have paid in full and still no shirts. I ordered the same shirt directly from the manufacturer and it took 3 days to get to my door so availability is not the problem. At first Ken apologized and stated he forgot to order my shirts 2 months after original purchase date and said he would get them ordered right away. On top of that Ken (I assume the owner) started screening my calls, wont answer and will not return messages. The only way I have been able to get ahold of him is to call the work # with *67 so he cannot screen my call. Its funny how he is "always too busy" to answer the phone when I call without *67, but never too busy to answer the phone when I use *67. He is obviously avoiding me and won't fulfill my order. My next step is to file a civil lawsuit in order to get my money back. I just called looking for a tracking # to a shipment he apparently made on 11-3-16 and its now 11-22-16 and still no package. When I called he asked if I could wait a couple of minutes and he will return my call, sure whats a couple of minutes considering I've already been waiting 7 months, his reason for a return phone call was he is helping another customer, wonder how long they have been waiting? I assume they have been waiting longer than 7 months and that was the priority customer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
