Dear Mike,



The service we received from your shop and your staff was simply one of the very best customer experiences we can remember.



Your front office staff is extremely well organized and friendly and pleasant on the telephone and in person. The estimate that your associate prepared was done professionally - though we needed to have a second one prepared to satisy the other party's insurance company. Your shop's work with both insurance companies was transparent to us and worked out very well.



You had a rental car available to us when we dropped off the car and that worked perfectly. I didn't have to do anything.



The work is absolutely flawless and the car looks like the brand new car that it is.



Finally, when I picked up the car it looked as it it had been detailed. The associate obviously took pride in his work ( Andrew, I think ) and this is something your customers must all really appreciate - I know I did. Even the "buzz" sound that I mentioned to you when I dropped off the car is GONE. That's a relief.



I was looking for a place to post this review on line and I would be happy to do so when your website is fully up and running. In the meantime, I felt we should convey our thanks to you and your staff for a first rate experience - I'm glad I chose Mike's over Balise and kept my business in Suffield - I also feel sure that we got the best job we possibly could have.
