CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:00am

The bus pulled into the parking lot and took off without stopping whatsoever. Had to go to Norfolk, VA, the next morning for my husband to catch his bus for a business trip. Buyer beware! No customer service to speak of. Hopefully will be able to avoid ever needing again.
