Provided by YPmobileBought a 2014 Dodge Charger and started having transmission problems at 2500 miles. Took it in to be checked and all they did was a software update. Problems continued and I took it back again. I was told they'd drop the trans pan and do some diagnosticw however, all they did was a software update. I don't think they know how to repair Vehicles so they do software updates and send customers away. Service Manager said "You hear one little noise and you think the whole car is falling apart". Obviously, if the software update hadn't worked after two tries, something else is wrong? God forbid they pick up a wrench! Should a brqnd new vehicle with 2500 miles on it have ongoing transmission problems??? I'd rather walk then have these incompetents service a car.

Provided by YP.comI do not recommend this location for vehicle service. STARR Motors is independently owned . I have had an issue on two occasions now with a female member of the service team that did not and would not honor my Chrysler Service Plan. I have all of the proper documentation from Chrysler and they refused to comply with it. I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes to another Chrysler dealership that complies with Chrysler rules, contracts, and has better service overall.
