Founded in 1978, C. D. Brown Construction Inc. is a total job utility contractor. It offers utility construction, installation and maintenance of water, sewer, power and communications distribution systems. Located in Sulphur, Okla., the company provides a wide range of services like outside plant, material procurement, placing, splicing and cut-over of copper, fiber optic cable for partial, total telecommunications and cable television projects. It was one of the first companies in Oklahoma to utilize directional boring to install utility lines, pipe and fiber optic cable. The clients served by C. D.
