There is a reason why the rent is so cheap with such a low security deposit. You will be getting what you pay for if you move into these apartments. Unkempt grounds, unprofessional and unskilled maintenance workers. Terrible ventilation. Unsafe feeling with unruly and untidy neighbors. Thin walls, holes and gaps, broken appliances, I can go on. Please don't move here unless you just can't afford to go anywhere else. You'd be better off in the projects or a decent trailer.
