I was there today an have been there many times before but today the waitress was very rude telling me i had to sit where she put us when asked for another table if possible. We were not happy where we were ate an was wanting to move toward the back area by the windows. She demanded me to sit where she told me to then told me to sit and eat or leave. I asked her why she was being so rude and she said to me eat or leave and she said leave please. I just called to make a complaint dont know how far it will go but I will not be talked to like that again in a place that I pay for my food to eat. The one that did this was on the early shift is tall an skinny not the shorter one she was quite nice to us. But the tall one was so rude that if it was my place she would of been fired on the spot. Worst Chinese buffet ever. Overcooked, stale, sugar coated food. Barely any fruits and vegetables...so old even the broccoli had lost its color! The shrimp weren't even deveined!

I have been in many China Buffet restaurants but this one in Flatwoods is the most horrible and unwelcoming. Foods are very minimal and looks like left-overs. The server/waiters are very unpolite and I think needs training on customer relations.
