Wendell Cole, MD, is an Atlanta native and attended Lassiter High School in Marietta, GA as well as Georgia State University and Morehouse School of Medicine for his clinical education. He has returned to serve the Johns Creek community after completing his sports medicine fellowship at NYU Langone Hospital in New York City and his residency at Tulane University School of Medicine, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Cole specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine and focuses on treatments for injuries and disorders of the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee. He has also served as part of the physician team for professional sports teams, including the New Jersey Devils and Jacksonville Jaguars.
