I called for a TV repair appointment and they were able to come out the same day. Less than five minutes before they arrived I tried the TV again and now it was working fine. I call the technician Andrea and he was gracious enough to allow me to cancel the appointment at no charge. What great customer service. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Don't waste your time. I called them. They set up a tentative appointment and said they call back to confirm. They didn't call. I called and left a message. Still haven't heard a word.
