I went to the Geek and Grammar Queen, they listened, believed me, helped me check out all my equipment (for free!!!) and then recommended various tests I could use to convince TWC that I needed new cables. I finally convinced them and about 2 weeks later got all new cables and new hard-line from the trunk. Things improved by 300%. They were very knowledgeable, treated me extremely well, and were in every sense, professional....I have recommended them to friends and colleagues, and will continue to do so! I believe this area finally has an honest, reliable and extremely customer friendly and oriented service..Something we have needed for a long time. brought the Geek and Queen two laptops for repair. One laptop needed a new screen. The other wouldn't turn on. I took both laptops to Best Buy for repair initially. Best Buy provided me a quote of $350 for the laptop with broken screen, and said the other laptop couldn't be repaired. The Geek's assistant called and informed me they had a screen in stock and the cost of repair would only be $140. For my dead laptop, all I needed was a new power cord. For $185 both laptops are up and running. Best Buy you better watch out! These guys are going to run you out of town! Thanks Geek and Grammar Queen! I will recommend you guys to everyone I know

These guys were able to get my laptop back into good working order before I deployed. Compared to other places, they saved me a ton of money. They even upgraded my memory for free. I highly recommend them to all. It was worth the drive from J'ville.
