I went here for an oil change on a Spyder. NEVER TAKE A SPYDER THERE. I was talked into a full work up and I stupidly add a radio. The moment I left issues. They installed the single lights in front backwards, and the bike started stalling. When I brought the bike back about the lights and the stalling they said "we reviewed our work and there is nothing we could find wrong", but they already knew they installed the lights in backwards. When I called and talked to the owner about the stalling issue he said, "You should have the spark plugs changed", I said, "I did, you changed them!". When the bike stalled out I called them again. The owner was rude, and used profanity on the call. Then stated that he couldn't fix the issue because he didn't have the computer software program to look up the issue. Then recommend Bobs, I wouldn't go to Bobs, he said they are friends and I can't go to any shop he recommends.

I then took the bike to Higgins Power Sports, (a real bike place, excellent customer service and they stand behind their work). They located the issues, holes in the spark plug wires. Adrenaline had looked at the plugs, not once but TWICE and never noticed holes in the lines!!!!!! Plus the radio they installed is now killing the battery in the bike. My new mechanics noted that radio was draining the battery. The owner said "if we caused the issue we will handle it". After the verbal abuse. I doubt it.

Third visit here today with an older Moto Guzzi. They did a good job and charged me a couple hundred less than Razee quoted me over the phone. Also fixed a small battery problem today without charging me, so thanks very much.

I needed rotor for my 2007 VTX. Other places said two weeks. I got here in three days! Got to love it !

Local but not only, excellent source of parts, new and used and most importantly knowledgeable sales, service staff. From the street enthusiast to the track fanatic, you will find everything there. There hasn't been a time when i needed a new part that wasn't ready for pick up within a reasonable amount of time, or in some cases shorter than expected, or a used part that i ever needed for my Yamaha R1 that hasn't readily available over the counter and ready to get me back on track street. Awesome store, highly recommended.
