Ed Reichling is R Equipment's founder and currently serves as the Executive member of the company. A lifetime farmer, Ed began R Equipment with his wife, Tammy, in 1996 from his Waldwick farm. Starting out, he bought, fixed and sold equipment around the area until they outgrew the farm and moved to Dodgeville, WI in 2002. Ever since, R Equipment has continued growing with an additional two locations in Illinois and 16 lines of equipment.
