We were referred here by a family member and told that my husband's transmission would be done "in a few days". After a week I called to check on it and was told an ambulance had come in and had gotten priority which was completely fine and understandable. This was probably the middle of the week and I was told it would "hopefully be done by that Friday" by a semi rude woman. After another week the car still wasn't finished and I had been told it would be done by Monday I called again and was told by the same pretty rude woman that claimed she was the manager that it wouldn't be done until Wednesday now. When I questioned this she got incredibly rude. They took almost 3 weeks to finish something that should've taken a few days and I honestly would've rather paid anyone else I could find to do this work. If anyone needs repairs take them elsewhere.
