Worst, worst, worst company I ever used. They are cheaper, but no service and no courtesy for the customer. When you call, you will notice the rude and ignorant tone of voice. I ordered a box from them, and when I asked them to pick it up, they demanded a security deposit and since I argued with them, I had to pay it in cash or they said they will dump the trash on my property and take their empty box back. Well, they left me no choice than to pay the deposit in cash. Two weeks past, and no word on my sec. deposit refund, they finally sent me a check after numerouse calls, but the check bounced for none sufficient fund, whenI deposit it. It took me over two months to get my money back.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I rent dumpster bins constantly - I am an organizer and mover and use bins once a week. My usual company was all sold out and I gave these guys a shot. WORST MISTAKE EVER. First, I called to order the 3-yd bin and gave them my information. When I asked if the bins were on wheels, as I needed to move it around my client's property, they said no, and I cancelled the order saying I needed one on wheels. The next day, the bin showed up. I called to say I didn't need it - I found one with wheels. THEY REFUSED TO PICK IT UP, threatened me with suing me ("One of the owners is a lawyer!"), and even hung up on my a few times. My favorite line could have been "Well you HAD to have ordered it because you gave us your address. So, either you or your client is GOING TO PAY!!!" This went on for six days. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. Seems like other people have had the same poor experience as I. Good luck to BG's on keeping their business open during these tough times. At the end of the day, CUSTOMERS is what keeps your business open.

A friend recommended BG's to me a few years ago and I have been using them since. Great service and they will always give the lowest price. I wouldn't use anyone else.
