I would not recommend this SLUMLORD to anyone! From 1991- present he has filed approx. 34 small claims suits. Bill Berry is out for just the money, not worried about whats important! I was to rent a house from him, it had been in the works since the begining of June and scheduled to move in the 1st of July! I called him today to have him meet me at the house for inspection, he then decided to tell me that he had alresdy rented it! (After promising my family the house!) In my mind he is a liar and a cheat! He wanted me to lie to Cherokee Nation, he wanted me to tell them the current renter was no longer there, so that they could inspect it. Sorry BILL BERRY, I'm not like you! I don't lie and cheat to get through life and to get what I want! I'm so glad that he showed his true colors before we moved into that house! I'm pretty new to town and everyone that I mentioned to about Bill Berry, no one had anything good to say! His lease is a joke! Its against your tenant rights to allow someone to enter you house when ever they basically want to if you sign that lease PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! We also looked at another house of Berry Property Rentals that BILL BERRY showed me and my fiance, the ROACHES were so bad that the walls and ceilings looked like they were moving!! SO Nasty!!! It made me think....How does he live??? (if he lets other people live in infested housed of his.)
