This man does not stand behind his work. He extracted a tooth, made a 6 tooth bridge and then my real problems began. He was not able to make the bridge fit so he kept filing it down. Turned out when he extracted the tooth he left bone in it. I kept going back with pain under the bridge. The bridge fit so badly that the root cracked on my molar, infection set in and I had to do surgery, medication and a new bridge. When the new dentist took off the bridge Scalercio made for me, he was so surprised that there was practically NO metal in it and the fit was so poor! It was like having a temporary bridge. Be aware that he charged me for the right amount of metal and that Scalercio's lab is in his office. He can set the amount of metal!! Also, he made front caps for me. He used metal and he told me that the gumline would grow out and the metal line would not show. Then he told me he never said that. He used METAL under the porcelain on my front teeth. I had them done for cosmetic reasons and now I don't like opening my mouth. There were more problems with his charges. He overcharged and charged for work he did not do. His office people are only nice when you first come in. His receptionist is not truthful and the doctor is not a reliable nor a good dentist. I am still suffering from my experience with this dentist.
