Acree sent Cody C. and his team, Steve M.& Barry M. out to us, and they worked very well together & did an awesome job of installation & clean up when finished! I would recommend this great team & quality company to anyone who needs their services.

I paid $7855 for a complete new air conditioning system.   It was supposed to be a 3ton unit but a 2.5 was installed.   It was supposed to have a 18x24 return a 12x24 was installed.   I was supposed to have new wires from fuse box to both inside and outside units not even close.  Did not seal ductwork and is leaking.  Wires from thermostat to inside unit are sticking out of wall (about 3 feet of wire) and was cut in middle and wrapped with tape in the middle of the wall in my master bathroom and is a eye sore. It has broken down 3 times since December 2015(date it was installed)  it is 81 outside and 80 inside and it is 11:30 at night.    I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Customer service don't give a shit. I am including pictures of so called quality work they do.

Ben B. was very professional and extremely knowledgeable with the products they offer. a lot different from the other that come sometimes always talking about something from my A/C. BEN deserve a (10 )

Dec 16 2014, Bobby came for a new system estimate as our old one was blown. His handling of the situation, knowledge of availability and outcome was professional in every aspect. The next day, Guy and his apprentice worked diligently to remove the old and install the new. Seems like they did a very good job as we have had no problems.

Sept 13, 2014 Bobby arrived ahead of time, explained what system was required with great detail and expertise. Sept 14, 2014 Jason B installed a complete system on his own with an excellent and professional attitude to work which Jason clearly enjoys. He worked extremely hard to ensure any problems were sorted out and is a credit to the company.

Talk about bait and switch and a free fleecing of America.I knew I was in trouble when I was asked if I had sheetrock from China, when I said, no not in a 46 year old house and it was downhill from there for over $1900. I would never use them again and will notify all 139 of my employees not to use. Please consider other folks first.......Thank you.
