The day after christmas and i realise the store is busy but I called to ask about their buy 2 get 1 free preowned deal that they were offering. They confirmed they had the deal going on and i asked if they had 3 specific games in stock and the man on the phone replied that they had too many customers to look up the games and to download their app because the app stays up to date and can tell me. I said ok because again, day after Christmas and yes i understand it an get really busy. I downloaded the app and it said they had all 3 of the games in stock so i drove to the store only to find they didn't. The clerk replied he must have just sold it however the app still said that they were in stock. It was a waste of my gas and time to drive all the way to the only store i thought had all three for the deal i wanted and it could have all been avoided if the employee would have just looked up to see if the games were in stock when i called and asked on the phone.

These guys are knowledgeable and provide great customer service.. hands down the best gamestop in greenville.. if you havent been I definitely recommend stopping by!
