Provided by YP.comI have always had great customer service from them. The only thing that I don't like is being charged a "convenience fee" for paying with cash or credit/debit card. I get the fee if i were paying with a card but when I show up with cash to pay my insurance and still get charged that fee, i think it's a little asinine.. for that i had to give it 4 stars. other than that ...

Josh, The carriers prefer direct payments via bank draft, mail, or on their websites. When we process payments in the office for you, the company charges a processing fee for each transaction.
