Today I got my first oil change at this location and the staff was fast and very nice. They explained everything and even gave me $5 off my air filter. Very happy with them!

WARNING! If you are going to do business with these people, be very careful how you pay them. On December 31, 2013, I paid them $69.01 with a check. They not only cashed the check, they also ran an ACH (electronic transfer) of my check, In other words, they double billed me, I called them and they assured me they would send a refund check. Long story short, they never did. I had to go to my bank to get the ACH debit reversed. Adding insult to injury, today I found out that Jiffy lube filed a claim with TeleCheck for supposedly my having put a stop payment on the check, which they cashed! They not only charged me twice, now they want to charge me a 3rd time. I'm 73 and angry at the thought that such people are operating in our community.

My Mother took her car in for a oil change on sat 04-12-2008 they charged her $ 69 for one quart of oil and $ 59



for something they poor in the gas tank to make her car run better. The car run fine when she wet in just need a oil



change. She told them that she already had the oil fitter and oil if they just wanted to use them. The tech sad it would cost her



more if they did. But they did not have my air fitter in stock she said "I have one of those to!' They used it and didn't charge



mher for that tho. They said all done . She left and went to Merced,CA and the motor started knocking She pulls over



and calls the place and lets them listen to her car over the phone. They did not do anything untill Monday Tow it to



Campus Auto in Merced,Ca to see if it was there fault or is just being an older car. Turns out they only put one



quart of oil in it. So it's going to cost 4100 to fix the engine. Jiffy Lube said they would put $500 torwards the



repairs on the car. She only took it there because her brother who own the car first took it take and went there



for years. If this is the way the treat long lasting customers I wonder how the treat there famliys
