I first saw their ad in a direct mail piece that said $45 tune up. And since our computer was starting to get up there in age and started having some problems I thought that would be a good thing to do. I guess you get what you pay for. To make a long story short I lost my whole hard drive when they reformatted my hard drive. You think when you are dealing with computer hard drives and people’s information you would be really really really good at communicating that "IT WILL WIPE CLEAN YOUR DESKTOP AND HARD DRIVE". I did have some stuff saved externally which I told them but I was totally clueless and pissed when I found my whole hard drive missing. And then they have the guts to tell me that they want me to pay them to try to get back the information somehow?????? YEAH.......I don't think so. If they were true professionals they would know how to communicate and how to retain a customer. I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else!
