I am a homeowner and I have been trying to get in touch with a live person for 3 days concerning a tree that was blown down with heavy wind and resting on my house. It needs to be restaked. Thankfully it has not broken any windows. Very unsatisfied with their customer service/support. I pay a lot of money for my fees and no service.
