You will have no choice in doing business with them because they will probably have bought your loan without your consent because that is how the banking world works. They are slow and understaffed. Waited over 180 days for a loan subordination on a refinance. Greentree may cost me what would have been a savings of $500 a month or $180,000 over the term of my first mortgage. I pray this is not the case. I am on my second loan extension and it is about to expire. Oh well... money grows on trees right?
