Not impressed with Calypso Courier Delivery Service that SRP goes through. Also not impressed with the solution that was NOT provided to me from SRP. Due to the lack of these situations both by SRP and the "service of them and their courier" , my power went out because the promised time of the delivery of the M Power box, was not delivered. What a HEADACHE. If you are considering converting to the M POWER plan make sure you get everyone's name you come into contact with.
