This urgent care is in need of a good review from the looks of it. People can complain about the horrible wait time but people wake up! You are going to an urgent care, which is what I expected when I walked in. If you want to be seen immediately with no wait time then go to your doctor not an urgent care. I can tell that there is new staff which is a great new plus, the doctors and nurses are great and friendly. Its an urgent care people...realize that before you go there

Hours say 8:30 but did not open doors until 8:40 with sick people waiting outside. Went in with the flu but was told I had intestional problem. Went next store to get a blood test. Doctor called me at home to report results but I missed his call. His message to me was that I really needed to return his call in the morning which I did. I could not get anyone to help me, got hung up on and never did find out the results but worried all day because of it. I will drive to med stop in slo before I will go there again. Very busy place, understaffed and obviously not for the patient. I would not give them any stars but I guess I have to.

The wait times are interminable and the receptionist is actively hostile and unhelpful. I would give it negative 10 stars as one of the worst of these kinds of places I have been. Don't go there unless you have absolutely no other choice!

There is one star because I have to give at least one star to write a review. This place deserves negative stars.



This place is awful, and they have no regard for patient safety. My chart indicates that I am allergic to a medication and I confirmed this at my appointment. I was given a medication in that class of drugs anyway by the Dr. I called to speak to the Manager because that is totally unacceptable, and a serious patient safety issue. I was treated rudely and hung up on when I asked who I could report them to.

Don't go to this facility. The staff is always rude and condescending, the doctor misdiagnosed me as constipated after I'd been on a liquid diet for a week and I'm currently suffering from the effects of magnesium citrate (MAJOR water flow out my backend) and I feel like I'm now very dehydrated. The man turned to me today and flat out said, "I don't know what 's wrong with you. Call me tomorrow." I would rate it with negative stars if I could.

I'd been forced to go here in the past but I will NEVER go back, except maybe to sue!
