As a single woman, you sometimes feel that when it comes to things like air conditioners you can be mislead and therefore overcharged. Head's was professional and thorough fixing my leaky unit, explaining everything in the process. Best of all, I was very pleased with their price. I have already told all my coworkers about them. Thank you Head's!

Excellent service. They came out at almost 9:00pm on a Saturday and didn't even charge me an after hours rate. The tech got my unit fixed so that we didn't freeze that night!

I am an owner of business in Mobile. Heads Heating and Air charged me over $16,000.00 to put in a extra unit at my business which is only 1700 sq ft.very small. They installed the part incorrectly (backwards). My husband is a licensed plumber and one of my customers has a A/C business and they both said that it was installed wrong and they could fix it easy. But I thought I would call the installer in case having someone else working on it could void any warranty. They sent me a bill for over $600.00 for just turning a part around that they installed backwards. Basically they want me to pay for there mistake. Then I found out I am not the only person they have done this to. I have tried to talk to the owner many times and he will not take my calls or anyone's for that matter he could care less. The girl on the phone who never came to see the job tried to tell me that I did not know what I was talking about. They are pretty good at trying to convince you that they are not at fault. I have seen other complain about the same thing on Craig?s list and other web postings. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
