I sold a piano to someone on Letgo, and she had the unfortunate experience of hiring this man and his nephew. He arrived yelling and raging at me saying there were too many steps to get down my piano. He was raging that he didn’t know there would be three flights. I pointed out no, there are two flights, like I said, he kept screaming if you’re on the third floor, that’s three flights, he couldn’t do the math when it was staring him right in the face. He misunderstood and then took it out on me. He said he would have brought more men if he’d known. I told him we’d strong armed it up ourselves last time and we’d be happy to help. I asked what kind of moving company only brings two guys and nothing else to move a piano down even a single flight of stairs? He continued raging at me and calling me insults. I’m sure it woke the entire complex. I messaged the buyer and she said they refused to return, I’m sure they were embarrassed, and also clearly not up to the task physically and unable to follow basic instructions or plan mentally. Very unprofesh.

They showed up early. Work quickly and efficiently. And they were very polite and gentle with my belongings. Excellent communication which I appreciated. I highly recommend them. Plus they offer a much better rate then the competition. Had my stuff moved in no time.
