STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE!!!!!!!Purchased Rustic Maple wood flooring in early July, installed in mid August, CRAPPY WOOD- Carpet Exchange will not stand behind the product. Splinters in more the a dozen places. Cant even walk across the room in stocking feet for fear of getting splinters in your feet. DO NOT BUY FOR THIS STORE........ wish I could give it a negative star. I was pretty much told by both the salesman and the store manager that this is how "RUSTIC" is supposed to be. Was told there was nothing that they could do about it.

Thiefs, and lyers! If you don't enjoy having companies take money from your checking account without authorization or so much as a courtesy phone call go somewhere else. I spent $2000 there and it took nearly a month just to get a sorry and a lame excuse that their salesman by mistake looked up my credit card number and ran it without my knowing but to bad for that I owed it and all I got was sorry we stole from you.
