I've had a great experience with this mailbox center. The people are always very friendly and helpful.

I've sent something to one of my customers who rents a private mailbox there twice, and she says she hasn't gotten it. I've emailed the owner of the store to see what is happening, and he never bothers to respond.

You should go to MBTL first. The service is excellent, thorough and fast. Jonathan, Lori, Andrew and Ian have a great rapport with everyone. They know everyone's name. And I mean everyone. My sweet d-o-g Gracie loves her pets and attention from these guys! All I have to do is walk in the door and by the time I arrive at the counter- voila-my packages are waiting for me. I love that.

I've had a box here for about 15 years. After our amazing Ellen sold the business there was a limbo period were I was going to leave. But when Jonathan and Gang rolled in, that changed.

I'm in charge of shipping where I work. I bring the FedEx and USPS here. Oh and ask about office supplies- Jonathan gave me good prices on some items which eliminated the trip to office supply store. Oh and they can do notary.

I even did some Christmas shopping here. Check out the boutique.... always something interesting.

I had occasion to visit this store a few months ago because i needed something notarized and another local business highly recommended them. Upon arriving, I noticed quite a lot of people in the store and almost turned around and left, but I was greeted by a friendly gentleman behind the counter. He noticed the documents in my hand and asked, "Notary?" I was second in line for notary; there were people shipping packages and others looking at the various gifts for sale.After a few minutes wait, I had my documents notarized. Other customers continued streaming in and all were given prompt, courteous attention. I noticed how friendly the staff and owner -- Jonathan -- were and it impressed me enough to return again several times. Each time, I have been helped in the most prompt and courteous manner possible.

Fun, friendly and efficient when you ship. I enjoy going to Mail Box Toluca Lake. Jonathan the owner is very friendly and helpful, as is his staff. Even more important, I've see him transform a sterile mailbox environment into a great boutique and one-stop shop with colorful gifts that are whimsical, unusual and very popular with my friends and family. . From the balls you toss in the air to relieve your stress (they change colors) to the beautiful beaded cell phone bags and purses, perfumes, lipstick holders, mirrored compacts and most recently a fabulous painted birthday Martini Glass, and the ever popular "swing" greeting cards (as in race cars, dolphins, etc. hey ? keep it clean! I know what you?re thinking!) I highly recommend it. In addition to all that, everyone recognizes me, has my packages ready and knows my name when I pick up my mail. AND they give away delicious chocolate cookies. They even have a microphone - check it out.

There are a ton of p.o. box places in Toluca Lake, I can think of three on Riverside alone, and Mailbox Toluca Lake is by far the most personable, quick, and convenient of any of them in the area. The manager/owner Jonathan always provides a clean, bright store. His employees always provide quick service, and they know every customer by name. This is the kind of mailbox store that Toluca Lake deserves, since it also doubles as a high end gift shop. Just the other day I picked up some Creative Brazil jewelry- the stuff that Nordstrom sells.



One last thing, my friend has a mail box there, and apparently you can set it up for them to call you whenever you get a package or a check. These guys really care.
