I think they are knowledgeable, but most of the workers including the owner have poor customer skills at best. There is usually only 1 employee and you ha e to wait for lo g lengths just to pay because ethere is absolutely no multitasking. If there was another hobby store in town, that is where my money would go.

amazing customer service and great selection we in Topeka have best hobby shop around. needed parts for my drone and they even helped install them!

They tried to make it work. All you wanted was your money for a product you've had and used or let sit in dust for over a month. PLUS you had no receipt AND your husband tried to get in their faces! Along with you!

We tried to return an item (they said would work, which didn't) from Dee & Mee Hobbies. It was the worst customer service we have EVER experienced. The owner was inappropriate and unprofessional. He loudly belittled us in front of other customers. In the era of online shopping, brick and mortar stores in particular small, locally owned stores need to excel at customer service. We will never set foot in that store again. If there unprofessional behavior continues, they will be Out of Business within a few years.
