After 35 years of serving the community, Randall retired in December of 2019.

I have dealt with Randy over the past 12 years and have always found him to be fair and helpful. Provided the Patriots are not playing at the time. I have purchased parts and a dryer from him. I will continue to use Randy, he came to my house in Bowdoin and picked up a broken washer machine. About 14 miles from his home. He is all about the customer service. Brian

On his best day, he knows appliances but customer service not so good. On a bad day, he is condescending, rude and completely unfair. I would sooner drive 45 minutes out of my way then use him again.
