Not customer oriented. In a time riddled with poor customer service this place stood out as terrible. Counter staff busy socializing and/or complaing about work problems; customers were an after thought. I was the first appt after the Dr returned from lunch; however, two of the "sales people" hyjacked him immediately upon his return and I was left to wait. Their raised angry voices carried out to the waiting room. After 15min I asked the one person left out front how much longer it would be to see the Doc. She said she didn't know, but I could leave if I wanted. There was no attempt customer service AT ALL.
