Luke Holden, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Prisma Health Family Medicine in Travelers Rest. Family medicine is a field that Luke has always wanted to be a part of – there is a special relational aspect that comes with being in family medicine that is not often achieved in other fields. He wants the patients he has the honor of treating to view his office as a family, too. Luke wants the family medicine practice to be the medical home base for all the patient's health needs. He wants patients to feel as though their immediate medical needs are met and that they have a place where they can come and receive convenient, thorough care. His personal goal is for patients to feel heard, that their goals for health are recognized and that the treatment plans developed place those goals at the center.
