Horrible customer services. Ha...

Horrible customer services. Had to go back after they worked on it to get what they did fixed. they were not upfront with me and took for ever for them to give a a straight answer to any of my questions... just kept trying to sell me stuff and was very very rude.

We made every attempt to work with this customer. The parts for the car were brought to us by the customer. The repeat repair was due to inferior parts. We tried to help this person out by using there parts to save them money. It was unfortunate that this kindness on are part caused bad feelings on their part. We ended up refunding the entire cost of the repair. We simply did the best we could to resolve a difficult situation. Garfield Auto
