Provided by YP.comFor 15+ years on 360MG of Oxycontin. When my new insurer questioned dose the nurse practitioner lied. Created a wild claim my son was taking the 6MG Klonopin. I called the police. We were cleared. Worst care & liars!

Provided by YP.comThis was a great place until last summer. Staff is horrible and do not help you. They act like you should feel privileged they see you. They don’t treat you and will accuse you of not doing things their way when they are wrong.
