Human feces and fecal matter flowed into my tub while my 3 year old son was being bathed. The Melrose staff couldn't fix the problem until the next day and just left the feces in the tub. Then, on 3 other occassions, feces and fecal matter flowed into the front yard from a plumbing pipe while my children were playing. The office staff is very unprofessional. Customer service is terrible
