ATT does not honor the quotes their sales reps promise.
A rep was in my neighborhood and gave my husband and I a quote that was better than my current cable provider. After we made the appointment for installation, we found we were not getting all that was promised. I called their Loyality department and was told we would be charged more and receive less. I called the rep who gave the quote. He did not return my call.
