every time that I call the customer Service all that I get is someone in the Philippines and when I ask for someone in the USA, they hang up on me at 18665932543 or 5135738739 or 5135737978 or 5135738031 and after 3 hours dealing with the rude people in the Philippines, it is sad that a store like macy's feel that they have to outsource and not give Americans a job and this week alone, I had 68 phone calls from a auto generated computer from the Philippines and I found out that they feel that I am due to make a payment and they already took out 3 times the amount and now they want more and all the do is real and read the bill that I just got in the mail that tells me that they did not get my payment and it was a auto payment. I have been blocked from there Facebook account because I have wrote about the rude workers in the customer service in the Philippines. How do you get a real person in the USA, I asked for some one in Troy Michigan and all I get is the Philippines.
